Every project begins with a personal creative consultation, where we map out your specific goals, aesthetic direction, and brand style. Whether planning a private milestone or a commercial campaign, this collaborative step allows me to tailor every detail to ensure the final imagery aligns perfectly with your vision.
To formally reserve your date and time on the studio calendar, a 50% initial retainer is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is settled 48 hours prior to your scheduled session, ensuring a seamless start to your production.
On the day of your session, I arrive on set with a clear, intentional plan, ready to direct the timeline with confidence and ease. While every key detail is meticulously executed, the environment remains fluid and dynamic, allowing space for organic moments and your collaborative input as the project unfolds.
Once our session wraps, the post-production process begins. I evaluate and refine each image with meticulous care to ensure precise detail and color accuracy, delivering a polished, high-end final gallery that perfectly represents your vision.

01. How do I book a session or event with Massucci Photography?
Booking your South Florida photography session is effortless. Reach out to schedule a brief consultation, secure your date with a 50% retainer, and sign a clear agreement. I will handle the rest.
02. Where do sessions take place?
I operate as a fully mobile traveling studio, bringing professional lighting and high-end equipment directly to your chosen location across South Florida. This includes corporate offices, private residences, or outdoor settings. Travel is available worldwide; locations beyond a 45-minute radius may incur a travel fee.
03. Can we upgrade our collection or purchase additional images after the session?
Yes. Additional high-resolution images and full digital gallery upgrades are entirely available for purchase once your proof gallery is delivered. You have complete flexibility to select exactly what you need after reviewing your final proofs.
04. Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes. Engagement sessions are included as a complimentary feature in select Massucci Photography wedding collections. Contact me to discuss your wedding timeline and package options.
05. Do you offer videography?
Signature and Heirloom Sessions include up to 6 people. Seasonal Mini Sessions are strictly limited to 4 participants due to the shorter, fast-paced schedule.
While my studio focuses exclusively on high-end photography, I work with a curated network of elite associate photographers and premier South Florida wedding videographers. My trusted associates are the exact experts who join my team for collections that feature multiple photographers. While I do not offer video services directly, I am proud to provide booked clients with a preferred vendor list of trusted filmmakers who share my signature standards of excellence, seamless teamwork, and refined storytelling.

07. What's the difference between signature and Heirloom photography sessions?
The Signature Session is our most popular option, perfect for relaxed, lifestyle-focused portraits at a single South Florida location. Heirloom Sessions offer extended time, multiple locations, a larger final gallery, and elevated editing for a highly customized experience.
08. How do you handle rescheduling or canceling?
Retainers are non-refundable. This policy applies to portrait sessions; weddings and events follow a separate contract agreement. Outdoor portraits impacted by bad weather are rescheduled at no cost. For other reasons, one portrait reschedule is permitted with at least 5 days' notice.
09. When will we receive our Final photography gallery?
Timelines vary by package. Seasonal Minis take 3 to 5 business days. Heirloom Experiences include priority turnaround within 5 business days, and Signature Sessions take 5 to 10 business days. South Florida events are delivered within 2 to 4 weeks. Wedding gallery delivery timelines are specific to each collection and are detailed directly within your wedding package details.
10. Do you provide raw or unedited images?
No. Raw unedited files are not provided under any circumstances. Massucci Photography delivers only fully finished, professionally edited high-resolution images to ensure the highest standard of quality and brand excellence.
